The original Villa Pente Anemoi
was build 120 years ago and was designed as a family house.
During the complete renovation in 2008, most of the original materials were re-used and the renovation was inspired by traditional building techniques to keep the house in its authentical shape and style.
Today the house offers all demanding needs and luxury standards for a comfortable stay on the south coast of Crete.
With a living area of 170 square meters, divided over two floors, the villa offers plenty of space to live.
The house is accommodated to host up to six persons in three separate bedrooms on the top floor. An additional two persons can sleep on the down floor,
extra beds for children can be added in the bedrooms. The outside area equals 125 square meters with an additional 25 square meters private parking area.

The terrace is accessable from the kitchen and the dining room on ground floor, a stairway is leading to the upper sleeping rooms and another balcony.
Wood for the chimney is usually stored next to the house.
The terrace is slowly being overgrown by grapes.
Due to its massive walls the house will stay at comfortable temperatures even in mid summer.
All in all it is ready to comfortably accommodate six to eight persons, the kitchen is fully equipped, there are 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with toilet and two terraces as well as the garden with a lawn.
The house has air condition, CD-DVD-SAT-Internet, living room, dining room with fireplace, utility room, barbeque and garden.
